Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind and want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We only accept returns within 15 days of the delivery day shown on the courier's system. Please note that a 20% handling fee will be charged.
✅ How to return an item?
Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs for the return. Kindly follow the processes below:
- Take a picture of the products and the QR code outside the shipping label.
- Contact the Customer Support Team and provide the order number & clear photos.
- Our Customer Support Team will provide you with our available warehouse address.
- Inform us of the tracking number on the shipping label provided by the postal service/carrier.
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The right item must be returned to receive a refund. Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipt.
We will verify the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will process a new one immediately and send it to your provided address. You don’t even need to pay any extra cost or return anything.
Please do not return the products you received without our guidance. Please contact our Customer Support Team before returning any products.
Addresses on the packages are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from the Customer Support Team will not be accepted. We are not responsible if you choose to return your order without consulting a representative.

✅ Please note:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
- Personalized Items are not accepted for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use.
- The product is unwashed, unworn, and unused.
REFUND POLICY
Please be informed that photo proof demonstrating the products you received or the defective or damaged area of your order is required for a refund or an exchange.
✅ Full Refund:
- Cancel within the first 24 hours: since placing your orders. Please email us here.
- Defective or incorrect items: clear photos are required.
- Late arrival: your orders don’t arrive within 60 days of placing orders.
- Missing items: we will refund or resend a new one.
- 30-day warranty: we will issue you a 100% refund as it's totally our fault as long as it is within 30 days of the date of delivery.
✅ Partial Refund:
- Cancel after 24 hours: If the orders are over 24 hours old since purchase, and you still want to cancel, we will keep a 30% production fee.
- Invalid addresses: If the delivery fails but you don’t want to resend it, we will keep 30% as a handling fee. If we email you for confirmation and don’t get your reply within 15 days, we will cancel your order and keep a 10% handling fee.
- Refusal: if you refuse to get the package, we will keep a 30% handling fee. If your local courier needs your verification but you refuse to support it, we will refund you 50%.
- No Insurance: If the package is damaged in shipping or stolen, but you choose no Insurance, we only refund you up to 70%.
- Change your mind: If you don’t like the products, please return them to get a 90% refund. If you don’t like products but don’t want to return them, we only give you a partial refund of up to 40%. And clear photos of products are required.
The partial refund will be verified and decided by our Customer Support Team depending on the case.
✅ Unacceptable for the refund:
- Sale items: for more than 30% off.
- Personalized items: you were amended many times.
- The correct orders: If we sent the correct products you purchase but you place the wrong favorites.
- Orders are in transit: If the courier handles the package. We cannot stop the orders in transit. You have to receive the package and then return it to us to get a refund.
- Used products: If you have already used the products or washed them.
- Late request: If you require later 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
✅ Exchange:
- Because your purchases are made-to-order, we do not offer exchange/return if the orders are correct.
- If you still want an exchange, please email our Customer Support Team for further assistance.
- All our products are printed on demand, if you would like to exchange the size only, we are willing to send the new one to you but help us cover the resend fee. The resend fee depends on the products you purchase. We do not allow modifications to exchange items.
✅ How long does it take for the refund?
You should expect to see the credit appear on your billing statement in the next couple of business days – depending on your bank. It takes around 3-7 business days.
Your refund has been deposited into your original method of payment.
If you don’t see the refund in your account in 15 days, please email our Customer Support Team, and we’ll look into it immediately.
We cannot issue a refund if the package is delayed due to systematic incidences such as earthquakes, tornados, diseases, pandemics, etc. Please be patient that the delivery time might last a bit longer (2-4 weeks). After three (3) months and you still have not received the products, we will replace/refund you.
